Highly effective detergent for professional dishwashing, specially developed to remove stubborn residues from porcelain, stainless steel, and plastic. Contains additives that prevent the formation of starch deposits and deliver excellent cleaning results. Contains a combination of active ingredients; it is effective and alkaline, cleans dishes excellently, prevents corrosion on dishes, and softens water exceptionally well. Dosage: 1–3 g/l of water.
