Where and how we deliver<\/strong><\/p>\n\n We deliver products to Slovenia and Croatia<\/strong> via Po\u0161ta Slovenije or its partners. The shipping cost is calculated based on weight and destination country and is displayed before you confirm your order.<\/p>\n\n Delivery within Slovenia is free for product orders of \u20ac80 or more including VAT, after discounts.<\/strong> Shipping costs and the cash-on-delivery surcharge do not count towards this threshold. Free delivery does not apply to Croatia.<\/p>\n\n Delivery times<\/strong><\/p>\n\n For products in stock, the usual delivery time is 1\u20133 business days in Slovenia<\/strong> and 2\u20135 business days in Croatia<\/strong>. For card and pro forma invoice payments, this period starts when payment is received; for cash on delivery, it starts when we confirm your order. Any different delivery time will be stated before purchase. Unless otherwise agreed, we will fulfil a consumer order no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.<\/p>\n\n We manually review every order and confirm acceptance by email. If we are unable to accept it, we will notify you and refund any payment without undue delay. We will inform you of any delivery delays; your statutory rights remain unaffected.<\/p>\n\n Collection in person<\/strong><\/p>\n\n Free collection is available at IRBIS, d.o.o., Branch TRNOVO, Vilharjeva cesta 40, 6250 Ilirska Bistrica<\/strong>, Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.<\/strong> Please wait for notification that your order is ready.<\/p>\n\n Payments in Slovenia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n Card via Stripe:<\/strong> payment is made immediately at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n\n Pro forma invoice or UPN payment order:<\/strong> you will receive the payment details and payment deadline by email; we will dispatch the goods once payment has been received.<\/p>\n\n Cash on delivery:<\/strong> payment is due upon delivery. The surcharge is \u20ac2.14 including VAT<\/strong> (\u20ac1.75 excluding VAT) and always applies, including when delivery is free.<\/p>\n\n Payments in Croatia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n For deliveries to Croatia, payment by card via Stripe only<\/strong> is available.<\/p>\n\n Returns and complaints<\/strong><\/p>\n\n When purchasing remotely, consumers may generally notify us of their withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods and then return the goods within a further 14 days. Details, exceptions and refunds are governed by the General Terms and Conditions; a withdrawal form is also available.<\/p>\n\n Returns are accepted at Branch TRNOVO, Vilharjeva cesta 40. For hazardous cleaning products, contact us before shipping them so we can advise you on a safe return method.
